[aur-requests] [PRQ#35585] Deletion Request for e-deklaracje

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for e-deklaracje [2]:

Abandoned Adobe AIR app for filing tax declarations for the state of
Poland.

Last updated in 2019. The adobe-air runtime dependency is missing.

Adobe AIR itself has been discontinued for Linux since 2011.

I am not sure if Poland still needs its citizens to use Adobe AIR for
tax
returns; if they do, using that under WINE would be their best bet on
Linux.

This package, on the other hand, is broken, so I recommend deleting
it.
