MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-python-ddp [2]:

Discontinued in 2015, used by the also-discontinued python2-meteor.
(Deletion request submitted separately, as it seems deprecated and not
needed.)

I suggest deletion. It helps to reduce the number of legacy packages
that are not actually required by anyone or anything.
