[aur-requests] [PRQ#35647] Deletion Request for python2-msrplib

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-msrplib [2]:

I suggest to delete this. Source has been deleted
and the newer version only supports Python 3.

Also this package's dependencies cannot be built
because of the missing python2-pip.
