[aur-requests] [PRQ#35702] Deletion Request for python2-mechanize

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-mechanize [2]:

Broken Python 2 based package. Not needed anymore, as
its remaining three AUR consumers have been discontinued since
2013, 2016 and 2017, and all of them are broken as well now
and pending deletion.
Therefore it's safe to delete this one as well.
