MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-pycha-hg [2]:

Dicontinued in 2019, BitBucket repo deleted, no other
sources can be found, not even from its PyPI page links.

Therefore it seems it is not feasible to keep this package working.

Safe to delete as nothing depends on it.
