[aur-requests] [PRQ#35781] Deletion Request for python2-argon2

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-argon2 [2]:

Deprecated in 2015, not needed anymore.
Superseded by argon2-cffi.

Its only AUR consumer, python2-pykeepass also needs the latter.
(Currently doesn't even work, needs update to fix dependencies.)

So it's safe to delete this one.
