MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-ofxparse [2]:

Orphaned legacy Python 2 package, last updated in 2016.
Has been broken for the better part of the past year.

I suggest deletion, as nothing depends on it.
Also there's a Python 3 based version on AUR.
