MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-psycogreen [2]:

Orphaned Python 2 module, uploaded and never updated in 2015.
Never worked either, because it lacks makedepends=python2-setuptools.

Nothing depends on it so I recommend deleting it.
