[aur-requests] [PRQ#35795] Deletion Request for babel2

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for babel2 [2]:

This legacy AI / machine grammar related research app has been
discontinued under the 'Babel2' name some time after 2016, when
this orphaned AUR package was last updated.

Linked source and website unavailable.

Later the initiative and the website was renewed, and the application
toolkit was made available as closed-source, free of charge suite,
with a 'core' part of it being developed as open-source on a hosted
Gitlab, under the name 'ehai/babel-core' (not the same as 'babel-core'
JavaScript-related library hosted by Arch [community]).

Anyway, this package is defunct, and the forked new version
has a different name and maybe codebase. So it should be considered
a new application under a new package name, if someone wanted to make
it available on AUR.
