MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-requestbuilder [2]:

This Python2-only module has been discontinued in 2016.
There was one package depending on this on AUR, but that
has just been deleted because it no longer worked.

Now this package can be considered for deletion, as
no application uses this here anymore.
