[aur-requests] [PRQ#35810] Deletion Request for mpq-tools-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for mpq-tools-git [2]:

Development discontinued 11 years ago.

This VCS package has been defunct since its upload
in 2015, because its mandatory lib dependency, libmpq-git,
is using python2 during build but PKGBUILD does not
declare it in makedepends.
(A user pointed this out on the libmpq page in 2020
but maintainer didn't respond.)

Anyway, there are currently maintained projects to read/write
Blizzard MPQ files: smpq, based on stormlib.
There are AUR packages for both.

So it's safe to delete this deprecated one.
