[aur-requests] [PRQ#35848] Deletion Request for python2-pyvex

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-pyvex [2]:

This Python 2 based legacy version from 4 years ago is not needed
anymore.

It was only used by python2-cle, which is defunct because of missing
Python2
deps.
But that is not needed now (and pending deletion), because AUR has the
up-to-date Python 3 variants:
* python-cle
* python-pyvex

Therefore it's safe to delete this package.
