[aur-requests] [PRQ#35892] Deletion Request for ruby-gobject-introspection-3.4

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for ruby-gobject-
introspection-3.4 [2]:

I've created this package temporarily, to allow
updating AUR/arrow-glib to the latest version,
which required newer release of ruby-gobject-introspection
than what the repo provided back then.

Now this package is unneeded as repo has newer
version.

Nothing requires this older version in AUR.
