[aur-requests] [PRQ#35898] Deletion Request for libmediawiki

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for libmediawiki [2]:

This has not been updated with a stable release since 2017-08-30.

It's been dropped from the KDE Gear/Apps suite
in April 2022.

There is no reason to keep this package.

There is an AUR/libmediawiki-git package, that
receives occasional maintenance commits, so
I recommend to keep only that and delete this obsolete one.
