MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for ghost.py [2]:

Discontinued in 2015; it was a WebKit-based Python webclient.
(WebKit itself is deprecated and has been superseded by
newer projects/forks.)
Safe to delete this obsolete package; nothing depends on it.
