MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-pyxdg-git [2]:

This is not a proper VCS package.
Links to a versioned tarball instead of a git branch.
Also, it does not declare its mandatory provides and conflicts.

Uploaded on 2021-11-02 and never got fixed. But no one requested such.

Also, this was not at all created with the intention to have a
Python 2 VCS package for this, only to satisfy the Python 2 dependency
of AUR/deluge1 after python2-pyxdg got dropped from repo.

But this is not required anymore, as python2-pyxdg got added back
to AUR and it works. So nothing depends on this broken package now.
I recommend to delete it.
