[aur-requests] [PRQ#36019] Deletion Request for python2-parsley-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-parsley-git [2]:

I recommend to delete this Python2 VCS package, because
development has stopped in 2017, and therefore this is not
needed anymore. (Only the also-discontinued python2-txsocksx-git
depends on it; deletion request submitted separately for that.)
