MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-d2to1 [2]:

This Python 2 "distutils2-to-1" compatibility
tool is not needed anymore.

Not used by any working AUR packages (only a defunct
Python 2 based documentation package).

Also, this has been discontinued since 2020;
GitHub repo archived.

So I recommend to delete this.
