MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for git-remote-bzr [2]:

Last updated and released in 2016, this
is a git-bridge addon to Canonical's Python 2 based
bzr (Bazaar), discontinued in 2017.

Breezy is the Python 3 based continuation fork of bzr,
and it supports git via a different module.

Therefore I suggest to delete this now obsolete package.
