[aur-requests] [PRQ#32978] Merge Request for saml2aws

orax [1] filed a request to merge saml2aws [2] into saml2aws-bin [3]:

Both packages are distributing the pre-built binary of the same
package making them duplicate of each other. Merging `saml2aws` to
`saml2aws-bin` would allow a local build version of this package to
exist.
