AkechiShiro [1] filed an orphan request for isl17 [2]:

Package source is dead, another one has been linked in comment but
PKGBUILD was not updated since a while, thus I request to orphan it in
order to take maintainship because this is a direct dependency to
build binutils for ARM bin
