Orphaned duplicate of AUR/lib32-zbar:
- https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/lib32-zbar

The latter one has a maintainer.
That one's name is more proper, as both are lib32- additions to base
package Arch/extra/zbar.

There are no comments and no votes on this. Safe to delete.
