MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lib32-xcb-util-image [2]:

This package has never been updated since its upload in 2015.

It has never worked either because its source link is invalid:

(Yes, it contains a # character before the file name.)

Package was intended to be a repackage of Arch's i686 binary release
of xcb-util-image.

Safe to delete as source doesn't exist and nothing in AUR depend on
this.
Also there are no user comments and it has only 1 vote.
