[aur-requests] [PRQ#33253] Merge Request for split2flac-git

graysky [1] filed a request to merge split2flac-git [2] into
split2flac [3]:

Upstream has gone read-only, so the latest commit should be what we
ship as the previous tagged version is over 6 years old now.  There is
not need for split2flac-git so let's merge it into split2flac.
