MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for perl-moosex-role-
withoverloading [2]:

I suggest this deprecated Perl module can be deleted.

Source last updated in 2015.

According to hoster metacpan.org:
"The maintainer of this distribution has indicated that
it is deprecated and no longer suitable for use."

Also, no current modules depend on it on metacpan.org.

In AUR, it's only consumer is perl-catalyst-runtime, but
that also doesn't need it anymore.
I've submitted a comment for that one's maintainer to drop
this package as a dependency.

Therefore it's safe to delete this package, it was
made redundant over the last years across the board.
