MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for perl-lwpx-paranoidagent [2]:

Orphaned package.
This deprecated Perl module was discontinued in 2016.

Very few applets depend on in on MetaCPAN, all of them are deprecated
and very old.

There is only one AUR dependent, perl-net-prober,
which has been discontinued in 2017 and is not
depended on by anything else (deletion request
already submitted).

Anyway this module was only a hardened subset of
LWP, the LibWWW for Perl (web client module).

Therefore I conclude it's safe to delete it, as it's
not irreplaceable. Also it is likely insecure now
because it is so outdated.
