FabioLolix [1] filed a deletion request for python-argostranslate-pip

This pkgbuild use pip to install in $pkgdir, source=() is not used, no
correlation between pkgver and builded package. I have fixed the
incomplete python-argostranslate-git made and abandoned by the same
user
