Its only AUR dependent is the broken
python2-requests-negotiate
(discontinued in 2017; deletion request submitted)

This project has also been discontinued in 2019.

Even its Python 3 based version is not
depended upon by anything:

Safe to delete. No package needs this deprecated library anymore.
