MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for phpsh [2]:

I suggest to delete this.

Discontinued in 2014, it was a PHP REPL (interactive CLI shell).

Such functionality is now contained in official PHP.

Therefore this abandoned, deprecated solution is not needed
and not useful anymore.

Safe to delete. Nothing depends on it.
