MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for dcrspy [2]:

I suggest to delete this package.

Deprecated, source last updated in 2017.
Its GitHub repo has been archived (made read-only)
by its owner.

This tool was for monitoring the Decred blockchain network.
It was already becoming less and less compatible with it in
2017. I doubt it is workable nowadays.

Safe to delete as it is obsolete and not needed by anything
or anyone it seems.
