MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for coreclr-git [2]:

Orphaned VCS package, broken since 2016.

.NET CoreCLR has been discontinued,
Microsoft is working on a new unified .NET 5 & 6
runtime in new GitHub repositories.

This package is not needed anymore.
Nothing depends on it. Safe to delete.
