MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for xmlrpc-epi [2]:

I suggest to delete this long-orphaned package.

This was an alternative implemetation of libxmlrpc-c
based on proprietary Epinions.com API's.

Development stopped in 2011.

Nothing depends on it, not required anymore. Safe to delete.
