[aur-requests] [PRQ#34469] Deletion Request for chromium-vaapi

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for chromium-vaapi [2]:

Unmaintained and unneeded package.

According to several comments made since April 2021,
VA-API support got added by upstream release and
it is enabled and working in Arch [extra] Chromium.

Therefore this package no longer servers its former
purpose. Safe to delete.
