MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lib32-vkd3d-valve-git [2]:

This orphaned VCS package is tracking the
legacy code repository of what has since
become Valve vkd3d-proton.

The last release tag on this is v1.1 from
2018.
(Currently vdk3d-proton module is at v2.6.)

I suggest to delete this old package.
Development is happenning in a different repository
for vdk3d-proton. (And also its upstream,
wine-vkd3d has its own separate repository.)

Safe to delete as nothing depends specifically
on this package.
There are AUR packages providing the current
vkd3d-proton module (both stable and VCS
versions are available).
