Request #33876 has been Rejected by MarsSeed [1]:

Revoking deletion request. There was no response for it
but as this package provides a very low-level
library, I've realized there is a chance some third-party
legacy 32-bit binary package might need it.

Package will need update by someone though.
(Hasn't been updated in 2 years; there are newer versions).
