MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for ntimed-git [2]:

I suggest deletion of this deprecated VCS package.

This was an alternative, experimental implementation
of a Network Time Protocol (NTP) daemon.

Project started in Dec 2014 and got abandoned
in Jan 2015.

There are several working and maintained alternatives
for NTP daemons / clients as well as servers.

Safe to delete. Nothing depends on this
unfinished and deprecated software package.
