MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for kimtoy-kde4 [2]:

Very old legacy package for KDE4, reported broken since 2020.

Even its newer KDE5 based version was discontinued
in 2016 (Arch [community] still carries that one.)

This KDE4 based version is not compatible with current systems.

Safe to delete, nothing depends on it,
and there are working alternatives.
