This software is unmaintained and recently the author email me to
point that the origin website was reuploaded by some scammers, so I
think it's time to remove the package. This is the mail:

I'm the old maintainer of bareftp.
I just wanted to ask you to change the url for the project and package
source. I do not own the domain bareftp.org any longer and haven't
done it for a while. Some scammers have now bought the domain and pose
as the old site only to direct people to some shady russian site.

The new permanent url is https://bareftp.cencit.no
The latest package is
https://bareftp.cencit.no/release/bareftp-0.3.12.tar.gz

Or you may simply remove the whole thing (can't imagine many users..)
