[aur-requests] [PRQ#34605] Deletion Request for dev-horo-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for dev-horo-git [2]:

I suggest the deletion of this package.
VCS last updated in 2017, then the source code repository
got archived (made read-only) so no new commits or issues
can be submitted.

Package and source readme does not say at all what this program
was made to do, but from the source itself it seems it was
a Linux kernel DKMS module to provide an interface to the
included userspace 'horoproxy' library, which also does not
declare what it is supposed to do.

But it has a web API endpoint hardcoded:
http://voidisprogramer.com:9999/api

That web service is not available anymore.

On the merit of the points above, I think it is advisable
to delete this abandoned and likely nonfunctional
kernel module VCS package from 2017.
