[aur-requests] [PRQ#34718] Merge Request for whale-browser

nowy [1] filed a request to merge whale-browser [2] into naver-whale-
stable-bin [3]:

This pkgname and version convention are more appropriate. And there is
no update in whale-browser AUR after flagged out-of-date a month ago.
After deletion of naver-whale-stable AUR, it's inconvenient to use and
update whale.
