MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for networkmanager-openvpn-tls-
crypt [2]:

Orphaned package, build broken. It is a slight variation
in build configuration for NetworkManager-OpenVPN v1.2.8,
released in 2017. (Such old VPN software is likely insecure.)

Don't think it's useful to keep. Also no one adopted it
during the last year, so it seems not needed.
