[aur-requests] [PRQ#34802] Orphan Request for moon-buggy

hamblingreen [1] filed an orphan request for moon-buggy [2]:

Although this package is not out of date, changes can be made that
allow it to build on ARM architectures. Namely, updating a few build
scripts to their latest versions and adding 'aarch64' to the arch
array. This package hasn't been updated with these fixes despite
attempting to contact the maintainer. I'd be happy to start
maintaining this package as it's a dependency of another project i'm
porting made primarily to run on ARM devices.
