Please merge my modifications made to update avr-gcc-atmel to version
5.4.0 (pkgbuild works, ToDo: issue with downloaded zip from microchip
with different md5sums, compile with gcc-5.4.0 saves code for some
avr's)

Is it normal that I have no permissions to push to another
maintainer's repository?
Are pull requests still not implemented in the AUR?
