[aur-requests] [PRQ#34842] Deletion Request for pdfscissors

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for pdfscissors [2]:

This tool itself was last updated in 2011.
Since that time, upstream URL is gone,
source tarball got put behind loginwall and
cannot be downloaded.

I would suggest to delete this if not salvageable.
There are dozens of working of PDF editing/cutting/modifying
tools available nowadays.
