MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-envoy [2]:

Deprecated since 2017.

delegator.py is its successor.

(AUR: python-delegator; though that should be named
'python-delegator.py' because 'delegator' and 'delegator.py'
are two different projects on PyPI. I've written
about this to the maintainer. Otherwise the package is fine.)

This package is not needed I think.
