MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for shadow-capitals [2]:

Minimally altered version of shadow v4.2.1 from 2016.

Arch/core/shadow is at v4.11.1 (2022-02-02).

Former owner orphaned it. It seems it is not needed
by them or anyone else.

There are no user votes.

This has been outdated for half a decade but
no one even flagged it as outdated.

Safe to delete.
