[aur-requests] [PRQ#34874] Deletion Request for lib32-mesa-noglvnd

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lib32-mesa-noglvnd [2]:

Package unmaintained since 2019.
Relies on dead X.org packages that have been
dropped from Arch repos in 2019 (because those
have been abandoned and not developed any
further since 2015).

It was only me who flagged this out of date
2 months ago. Maintainer didn't respond. (They
did not update any of their packages since 2019.)

But anyway, there are no user comments since 2020.

GlVnd is the preferred OpenGL driver dispatcher for Mesa.
So this AUR package was an exotic configuration
of Mesa. Seems not needed anymore. Not even sure
if it can be made to work at all.

Safe to delete. Nothing needs this specifically.
