[aur-requests] [PRQ#34875] Deletion Request for mesa-noglvnd

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for mesa-noglvnd [2]:

Orphaned package, unmaintained since 2019.
Relies on dead X.org packages that have been
dropped from Arch repos in 2019 (because those
have been abandoned and not developed any
further since 2015).

There are no user comments since 2019.

GlVnd is the preferred OpenGL driver dispatcher for Mesa.
So this AUR package was an exotic build configuration. Seems not
needed anymore. Not even sure
if it can be made to work at all.

Safe to delete. Nothing needs this specifically.
