MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for plexwatchweb [2]:

Authors recommended 'PlexPy' as the successor project capable of all
the same.

That has been renamed to Tautulli;
available on AUR and is fully up-to-date
(last release in May 2022).

This legacy package is not needed anymore.
Safe to delete; nothing depends on it.
