MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for cups-filters-patched [2]:

Abandoned package, last updated in 2018.

Old version of cups-filters from that year.

Supposedly patched for legacy glibc 2.28
compatibility. But there is no glibc2.28 package
in Arch or AUR repo, and the PKGBUILD does not
declare any glibc dependency. Therefore this package
in its curent form is not functional.

There is only one user comment from 2019.
So there is no sign this would be in high demand.

I'd suggest to delete this package.
